![]() When you run troubleshooting tests, xMatters will check the following: Notifications enabled in system settings (iOS)Įnsures the system allows notifications for the xMatters iOS app. Depending on the number and length of the repeat notifications settings, group escalations may occur before a message finishes its repetition cycle. Repeat notifications do not stop regular group escalations. This feature allows you to repeat notifications sent to your mobile app up to ten times, at an interval of every one to ten minutes. The Repeat notifications feature in our mobile apps is a great way to make sure you never miss an important notification. If you are using one of these sounds for your xMatters alerts (or for another app), you'll need to select a new sound or the alerts will be silent. When you uninstall custom sounds in the Android xMatters app, they will be removed from your device. On the Uninstall xMatters Sounds pop-up, tap Uninstall.From the Notification Settings screen, clear the Install xMatters Sounds check box.Select a sound from the list and tap Save.Tap Advanced to show additional settings for this notification category.On the Set Custom Sound pop-up, tap Settings. ![]()
